Client Services Director – Filled

A Durham financial services company is looking for a Client Services Driector. The Client Services Director will be responsible for the overall administrative duties and office organization of the Durham office. The expected work week is 40 hours (8:30am – 5:30pm).

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating all travel for the director, local, regional and national. Including booking flight, vehicle and hotel arrangements.
Preparing marketing, revenue and business reports as appropriate
Coordinating all marketing efforts for managing director, including coordination of regional and national speaking engagements, regular newsletter submissions, article writing, database efficiency.
Purchasing of office supplies
Coordination with company-wide administration initiatives, including overall database management
Prepare, print, coordinate all client meeting materials for new and existing client relationships
Interface with team members in three offices in preparation for client meetings
Assist director and other team members in any administrative functions
General office administrative duties, including copying, letter preparation, scanning, faxing, and interface with landlord on general space issues
Develop and prepare confidential and business correspondence
Greet incoming guests
Perform word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint) documents and reports
Additional duties as deemed by director

Job Qualifications and Competencies
6-10 years work experience preferred
Must be able to meet demands of busy financial producer
Professional discretionary skills
Ability to recognize and understand confidential matters
Strong word processing, spreadsheet and presentation application skills
Excellent communication skills that encompass verbal, written and listening
Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Experience in financial services and prior licensing a plus, but not requiredProven ability to use the Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, MS Word

Compensation
Base Salary of $40,000
Structured incentive compensation that will generate another $10,000 – $20,000 per year, if targets are met
