Customer Service Representative – Filled

International company looking for immediate full time hire to join their team serving the business community with high end customized printing, labeling, and stamped products.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Ongoing communication with individual customers regarding purchase order specifications, updates, and customer satisfaction during and after order is complete
  • Work closely with Sales Team to relay any changes in purchase orders and ensure customer requests are performed with highest level of professionalism
  • Set up customer in software system accurately, including all quotations, estimations, inquiries, billing information, credit applications, sample drawings, and any artwork
  • Track all orders to estimate time of completion, expediting when possible, and monitoring revisions
  • Maintain all customer files, current and past orders while following up on any unbooked quotations
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns and complaints

Job qualifications include:

  • Solid Computer skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum 40 WPM
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy
  • High School Diploma
  • Professional and friendly
  • Minimum two years experience in Customer Service or equivalent

Pay is dependent on individual experience with excellent benefits upon hire
