AVANT is recruiting for a Department Clerk for a four month position in downtown Durham, NC.
The selected candidate will be responsible for general office support including; filing, data entry, greeting visitors, making copies, and answering a multi-line phone. You will also be preparing for meetings, collating files, keeping records and performing other tasks as needed by the office staff. You will also be required to regularly update management on the status of all tasks and projects.
Pay rate for this position will be based on experience and ranges from $29,000 – $45,000 annually.
6 months of experience and a HS Diploma or GED required.
