AVANT is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager for a locally owned commercial cleaning company. The position entails a high degree of customer service and service industry experience with a sense of urgency and integrity.  You will manage the daily operations:  inspections, follow-ups, reporting, troubleshooting and resolutions of customer concerns.  You will need to be well presented, professional, trustworthy and punctual, as well as have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.  Additional characteristic of the ideal candidate include:

  • Fluency in written and oral communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to train/develop employees according to a system, build relationships, and utilize skills of the employees most appropriately.
  • Must be able to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize daily.
  • Equally be driven by selling additional services and sub-franchises.
  • Flexible to work some nights and weekends in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area.
  • Comfortable with base salary plus commission/bonus pay

The total compensation range for this position is $30k to $40k depending on experience, with significant room for increase over the next few years.
